Robot Mower Help Center
Robot mower troubleshooting + service intake
Start with the symptom you see. Midwest Turf Tech uses the error message, model, dock/base location, and a few photos or videos to narrow the issue quickly.
Use these guides for safe first checks, then start a service request if you want help with the next step. The form is a first contact—you do not need to have spoken with us already.
Have an error code on your app?
Take a screenshot of the exact code and message. Match it to a symptom card below if you can, or text the screenshot and a short video to 952.698.7676. Do not guess at a part before we know the model and error.

Need Midwest Turf Tech to look at it?
Use the service request packet as a first contact for repair, parts help, diagnostics, winter service, or ship-in support. You do not need a prior conversation to submit it.
We normally respond within 1 business day. We will review the model, symptoms, photos, video, and error details, then tell you the best next step. Please do not ship anything until Midwest Turf Tech confirms what to send.
The form opens in a new tab and lets you upload photos, videos, receipts, and mower details.
