How ship-in repair works

1. Submit the issue. Send brand, model, symptoms, error screenshots, and photos/video.
2. We triage the case. We confirm whether it looks like parts, setup, firmware/app, dock, battery, or internal repair.
3. We confirm shipping instructions. Do not ship batteries, docks, RTK stations, or full mowers until we confirm what should be sent.
4. We inspect and quote. After receiving the unit/component, we inspect it and provide the repair recommendation, parts estimate, and timeline.
5. We repair, test, and return. When approved, we complete the repair and ship it back with notes where applicable.
