Nationwide Robot Mower Parts & Repair Service
Nationwide Robot Mower Parts & Repair Service
Robot mower sales slow down in winter. Robot mower service does not. Midwest Turf Tech helps robot mower owners get parts, diagnostics, repair guidance, and ship-in service so their mower is ready before spring.
We support robotic mower owners across the U.S. with parts assistance, troubleshooting, winter service, repair intake, and setup guidance for brands including Mammotion LUBA/YUKA, Segway Navimow, Sunseeker, Sveaverken, TerraMow, and related platforms.
What we can help with nationwide
- OEM and replacement parts help — blades, wheels, motors, charging parts, RTK/base components, cables, covers, sensors, and model-specific parts where available.
- Ship-in diagnostic service — send the mower or component for inspection when remote troubleshooting is not enough.
- Winter service / spring-ready checks — inspect, clean, update, and prepare the mower before the spring rush.
- Charging and docking issues — dock power, contacts, alignment, battery behavior, and charging errors.
- Wheel, hub motor, and drive issues — overload errors, stuck wheels, slipping, grinding, or repeated drive faults.
- RTK/GPS and app setup issues — positioning errors, map shift, base station concerns, and setup questions.
How ship-in repair works
- Submit the issue. Send brand, model, symptoms, error screenshots, and photos/video.
- We triage the case. We confirm whether it looks like parts, setup, firmware/app, dock, battery, or internal repair.
- We confirm shipping instructions. Do not ship batteries, docks, RTK stations, or full mowers until we confirm what should be sent.
- We inspect and quote. After receiving the unit/component, we inspect it and provide the repair recommendation, parts estimate, and timeline.
- We repair, test, and return. When approved, we complete the repair and ship it back with notes where applicable.
Best winter service candidates
- Mowers that stopped charging before storage.
- Mowers with repeated wheel motor, hub, battery, or RTK/base errors.
- Units exposed to rain, water, mud, impact, or heavy debris.
- Customers who want the mower inspected before the spring rush.
- Owners who need help identifying the correct replacement part.
What to send before we quote
- Brand and exact model.
- Serial number if available.
- Exact app error code/message screenshot.
- Photos of the mower, underside, charging contacts, dock, RTK/base, or damaged part.
- Short video showing the issue if it moves, docks, slips, twitches, or fails to charge.
- What changed recently: firmware update, winter storage, storm, cleaning, power outage, impact, or relocation.
