At Midwest Turf Tech, we are a small business that works hard to keep our prices fair while still providing reliable service and support.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.

Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible during normal business days. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor, and processing times can vary depending on availability.

If an item is backordered, delayed, or temporarily out of stock, we will do our best to communicate updates as soon as we have them.

Shipping Carriers

We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier depending on the item, delivery location, and the most reliable shipping option available.

Return Shipping

To help us keep product prices and shipping costs low for all customers, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Returned items should be packaged securely and sent back in good condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Midwest Turf Tech is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
